General Cancellation Terms
Cancellation and refund terms depend on the booking type, date, package, advance amount, vendor commitments, and written confirmation shared at the time of booking.
Unless a specific written policy is agreed for your booking, cancellation requests must be made in writing through the official phone, WhatsApp, or email contact used for the reservation.
Room And Stay Bookings
For stay bookings, date changes or cancellations are subject to room availability and approval by Carnival Farms. Short-notice cancellations, no-shows, early departures, or peak-date bookings may be non-refundable.
Any refund, credit, or rescheduling support will be reviewed case by case after considering payment terms, notice period, and operational impact.
Wedding, Event And Dining Bookings
For weddings, private events, dining reservations, group bookings, or venue blocks, advance payments may be used to reserve spaces, staff, vendors, inventory, and services. Such amounts may be partly or fully non-refundable depending on committed costs.
Changes in guest count, date, timings, menus, decor, or venue areas may affect the final amount payable and are subject to written approval.
Force Majeure And Property Decisions
In cases of extreme weather, government restrictions, safety concerns, technical issues, or events beyond reasonable control, Carnival Farms may offer rescheduling, credit, or alternate arrangements where practical.
Final cancellation, refund, or rescheduling decisions will follow the written booking confirmation and management approval.
